Mobile Receiving
For mobile receiving user need to place order from web & then need to login into mobile.
1.Select Customer : After login user need to select the customer from list. for that user need to click on the CUSTOMER ICON then list will get opened then need to select the customer from list.
2. Select Warehouse : After selecting customer user need to select the warehouse for that user need to click on the WAREHOUSE ICON then warehoouse list will be displayed. From the list user need to select a warehouse.
3.Then User need to click on the receiving menu & system will display the orders with status of receiving.
4.User need to select order from list for completing receiving process.
5. After opening order the transporter details page will display. User need to fill the details regarding transport & then click on the submit button.
6. After submitting transport details system will display the order with details like SKU,pallet,order ref number,history.
7. If the business rule is set as with pallet then user need to scan the pallet otherwise user can scan directly SKU.
8. After scanning pallet user need to scan the SKU code.
9.If SKU is having LOTTABLE then system will display the LOTTABLE popup & user need to select the LOTTABLE from the popup & if SKU is not having LOTTABLE then in LOTTABLE field system will display the LOTTABLE as 0.
10.User need to enter the number of quantity user want to receive. If user entered quantity as same order quantity then status will be updated as full receiving & if user entered quantity less than the order quantity than status will update as partial receiving.
11. If user want to view the history of order then need to click on the above mentioned symbol after clicking user can view the order detail like SKU-Code quantity,UOM.
12.After completing all process user need to click on on final save button to complete receiving.
